Amazing Spider-Man 363 - different colors? Is this common 0

Was looking through a stack of Amazing Spider-Man 363 and noticed there is a definite and noticeable difference in the green color on the cover page. There seems to be a lighter cover and a darker cover. Makes no difference if it is a newsstand copy or not. Just curious if this is normal with issues of this era? Is this a 1st print / undisclosed 2nd print situation? Is one more rare than the other. To be honest, I never noticed subtle differences in covers, etc until the whole deal with variant covers and newsstand issues vs direct . So, if there is someone with knowedge, can you drop it on me.   thx

It happens all the time, as the ink at the printer is used the color may change shade a bit.

Yeah - not a second print. Just a natural part of the green ink changing (becoming lighter) later in the process of the run.

Just needs more blue, ink changes shades during the print run for various reasons. Blue and yellow makes green, want green lighter? Lower the blue ink, want it darker? Add more blue
