Just picked up Avengers #1 Now complete run 1-503

Now I can work on upgrading a few, but the run is complete . What do you think this one would grade out as? I'm thinking 4.5 at best. Beyond the small tear ULFC there doesn't appear to be much else wrong with it. I paid $320. It may be a good candidate for restoration. Best scan I've got for now.

Congrats Nefaria! I recently picked up an Avengers 1 cgc 4.5 and am also working on the run. Id say im about 65% there. Im complete from 200-end of first run.

Congrats! I too am working on that run! I am complete from 98-end, with the exception of 102 and 147, and I have some issues like 2, 4 and 9.

Hopefully I'll be able to get my own Avengers 1 sometime soon!

Very cool! It sometimes surprises people when I tell them that Avengers is by far our best seller. It's probably my favorite Marvel title too.
