Having trouble ordering comic supplies from E Gerber 1 1

I have been trying for a week to get through by phone to them to place an order or mylar and boards. I have called during their business hours. I keep getting a recording that no one can take my call or the phone just keeps ringing endlessly. Are they still in business? On vacation? Don't want my order? There is no way I can see to just order them on line with out a phone call. Frankly, even if there was I'm a little hesitant if they don't ever pick up their phone. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes. Last time I had this problem they were on vacation.

Lot easier and faster to place a complex order by phone as I usually do. You would think if they are “on vacation” they would change their phone message or website.

If wanting to deal with a real human instead of waiting for a return email or text is “old school” I happily own it. 

And yeah, I am an old geezer and proud of it. For what’s worth, I use Photoshop, As well as Adobe Creative Suite and Illustrator daily so I’m not afraid of technology.
