It's a giveaway comic from Breast o' Chicken Tuna company - made in the 1950s supposedly there are 4 issues - but I've only seen this one. I see it is not in the current guide - but that is not unusual for giveaways. I'm interested in it and have sent a PM - look for the flashing mail icon.
