1.5   Cream pgs

spine roll, top staple barely hanging on,
2 & 1/2" tear front cover coming off lower spine, moisture staining bottom right area,
covers are a little dry and fragile but nothing is flaking off.    Russ Heath & Ayers art    $150

light rust on staples, a little heavier on the bottom staple.
slight rust staining on outer cover, no interior rust stain migration

decent gloss, looks better but rusty bottom staple is missing (disintegrated?),
some rust stain migration to cover and pages including centerfold.

wear and tears right edge, small split bottom of cover.
first page has some small grease pencil marking in the bottom margin only (arrival date?), same markings appear very lightly on the front cover below the logo.

spine appears to be taped for no reason
looks solid 4.0- 4.5 with light center fold through entire book
also tape all the way down the center of the inside front cover (to reinforce the fold I suppose?),
possible slight color touch top of spine
