Its a hard surgery on the body. Once you get to feeling better if you have a Cryotherapy shop near you that might help with any inflammation you might have.
Therapy will be rough. Just remember ice afterwards and heat in the morning or at night when you sleep.

thanks. i gotta a cold rush therapy machine and it does wonders. start Physical Therapy tomorrow with a guy that used to be marine drill instructor. not scared. well, yes, actually I am

If I were you, I'd binge some sitcoms shows, knock some of the list if you haven't already.

1.  Arrested Development (Netflix)

2.  Curb Your Enthusiasm (HBO and Amazon Prime)

3.  Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia (maybe hulu/prime?)

4. Silicon Valley (HBO)

5. Santa Clarita Diet (Netflix)

6.  You're the Worst (if you want something darker/heavier)

7.  Hello Ladies (Amazon Prime/HBO) if you like painfully awkward.

8.  Californication (showtime)

9.  30 Rock and Parks and Rec and Brooklyn 99, these are more mindless and don't have to be watched in order.

10 Unbreakable Kimmy Schmitdt (Netflix)

If you've seen all of these, well congratulations, you've earned something more mindless with more eye candy - Entourage.

This show is tremendously funny.  Season three's episode where Gretchen starts her own cult as the leader of a bunch of teen-age boys is to die for.

The skeleton wanted to go to the prom but remembered he had no BODY  to go with.

Later on he was asked for some money but he could not help as he was SKINT.

He then tried to find a job only to be told he was BONE-idle.

Why are skeleton always angry, because they are always trying to pick a BONE with you.

that awesome thread by by Dutch crying about not getting his comics soon enough (or whatever his malfunction was) was great entertainment! And than reading of Dutch's crying over the years here in other threads about this that and the other was even more entertaining. Now I can't find it.
