You will have to forgive my unabashed boosterism but I love this book. I'm surprised it isn't more coveted. Lower census numbers than Terrific 5. T5 has 28 with highest graded being an 8.5 while AN8 has 15 with highest graded being a 7.5. AN8 also predates T5. 

I also showed T5 and AN8 to three different friends who don't collect (without telling them which one I was interested in) and they all preferred the AN8.

The detached cover brought the grade down on this otherwise nice looking copy.  That made it more affordable.  Well, that and buying it a long time ago.

I’ve always loved the Schomburg all-new comic covers.  Interestingly Captain Red Blazer never appeared in anything but text stories.  And, of course, covers.

I have a Terrific 5 and a couple of Schomburg's All-New (#9 and #12) but alas no #8.  I too prefer it over the T5 but I am happy to have my Terrific.

Great book and bravo to all the ones who posted theirs.

To be honest, I like them both about the same. Would maybe give the edge to the Terrific. But I thought it was interesting what some laypeople thought.
