Staples attached stamp and writing on front cover 1/4 " tear BLC yes the first 3 pages are folded over brc would like to know the grade before a press and after a press and maybe a cleaning if it's worth all that.

Really looks better in person I know what I would grade it at but I need some help to get over the hurtle.Book lays flat.
