Another book I'm debating on whether I should send for grading.  Looks like the bottom staple is detached from the first page and there's a spine split to the rear cover along with other condition issues.  I appreciate any and all opinions.  Thanks in advance!

That problem with the bottom staple isn't uncommon with these Surfer squarebounds. But the spine split, tanning and soiling definitely affect the grade. I misjudged the size of that spine split at first...3.5 is an accurate grade for this book. My apologies...
