I think I see a long crease on the upper left area of the FC. I definitely see some tears on the edge and bottom of the BC, also a tear on the bottom of the FC. Nice book but I'm at about 4.5/5.0 .

A certified 4.5 copy with a blue label recently sold for almost $500...

Don't listen to these other guys.  Even with the small flaws I'm seeing a 5.5-6.0

What is going on with the 12c area?

I can't say for sure.  It's a book I'm looking at to buy.  I can't remember if it was a small piece of the cover missing or just an abrasion.  Unfortunately, the resolution of the picture I took with my phone isn't that great.

Spine looks good.  Free edge is amazing.  Colors are VERY bright (look at those reds).  If it's structurally sound then this would be a great book to go after.  If they're pricing it in the 4.5 range then jump on it.
