Wanted: McSpidey Cover 0

HIya, folks:

I'm looking to purchase a McSpidey cover, ideally from ASM or Spider-Man. 

Fully aware a desirable cover starts at $100K and willing to pay $10K finders' fee leading to the purchase of a cover.

I would also consider a Marvel Tales cover, but it would have to be an 'A+'  example, and my max would be $80K

I am also restating my interest in acquiring the 299 last page splash and will pay significant money for it, along with a premium finder's fee, cash.

The above offers are all-cash, and yes, I am a very serious buyer.

Ah, too bad. I had a Marvel Tales Cover with Spidey and the X-Men. Price was $90K. Gave it back to the consignor.
