FF 52 Off White vs. White Pages 0

At the start of the year, I picked up a copy of FF 52 graded 8.0 with white pages.  How important are the white pages and how would the value of this comic compare to a comparable 8.0 with off white pages or ow/w?

That depends on what they look like, as eye appeal is still a major influence even in the age of third party grading.  All other things being equal, your white paged copy will command a higher price in the marketplace than an off white copy, because a subset of collectors is willing to pay more for the top page quality designation.

Personally, I'd pay a bit more for a book with white pages than OW/W pages, but I'd be happy with either one.
