I just looked up the restrictions on Safe Haven laws as I wondered if they applied to a familial care giver of the elderly or the age group of a certain someone. 

If you want to be shocked and sickened... click this.  While I understand that the father made a tough decision in dropping off nine of his ten children up to the age of 17, it is still jaw droppingly disheartening.
