I agree.. very underpriced. If that was a 50's book it would be 5 times that price. Especially with the black cover.  I have a copy that is mid to high grade that I found at a yardsale really cheap. Otherwise I'd be all over this one.

As Mason mentioned that's Terror Tales V1 #8.

I think I may have a copy that I would consider parting with.  I'll need to really noodle on it.
