PGM Captain Britain 1

Hi everyone, would appreciate some different perspectives on the grading for this Captain Britain 1.  Didn't realize how thin the paper was on this book until receiving it in hand and have heard different things on the mask being attached or loose (the mask is loose).  My main concerns are the rip on the back cover that goes through a page or two and what looks like rubber band remnants stuck to the pages.  Also the loose mask and faint line that runs through the cover and back cover.  Any thoughts or opinions are welcome especially for someone who sent this in with a loose mask.  Thanks in advance!

I would agree with around a 4.0.

Those rubber looking strips look similar in size and length to the glue strip used on the edge of the mask insert, although it looks like it might have been heated and turned blackish on yours. Possible it came loose, dried out and ended up stuck on the pages.
