Hi Guys. Would appreciate your feedback on this one. Bought this as a 6.0 through mail order. I've graded it less but looking for some reinforcement.  Book is solid with some spine and edge wear. Tear rear cover. Date stamp on front and very light one on rear cover. Slight upturn to spine. Staple firmly attached. Nice paper. Thanks a lot.

defects: small piece out of upper spine corner, color breaking creases along almost entire spine, wear on all edges with color breaks, staple tear back cover.  The small missing piece out of the top spine corner technically puts you no higher than an Overstreet 4.5, but it presents well overall so i'm going with a :

CGC 5.0
