defects: moderate wear on top edge, rusty top staple with minor rust migration, multiple color breaking spine creases, multiple color breaking creases on cover with moderate cover wear, back cover vertical mark/stain (if that's a tear then will knock down grade by another 0.5), back cover mild tanning/ foxing.

Cheers davet75. 4.5 is what I was thinking too and it was sold as a VG+ so it's all good. Glad to finally own this book. Kingpin is such a badass can't wait for Daredevil season 3!
