Just checked Rustysstarwars and he now shows as "not a registered user". Does that mean that ebay has taken some action against him?

You should try again to get his negatives removed. He received multiple negatives for his "beautiful" comics. Make a good argument along the lines of ebay's feedback removal policy and i'm sure they will remove it. It's all about wording
