First post. Would love to hear some thoughts on this book. It's clean and flat with off white pages

Judging from the front cover alone and in the bag still, you have a 8.5 at least.

If you can add a Front and back cover photo, minus bag, I'm sure we can give you a more precise grade Judge.

Thanks for the input! Yes, I realize no back cover pics, in bag, etc. but it was the best I could do at the moment. I'll try to update with additional pics asap. In the meantime I'd love to hear some more comments!

Thanks! That is what I am thinking, 6.0 to 7.0 or a 7.5 at absolute best.

I think you are looking at 7.0 to 7.5 not an 8.0.  Here's a link to an 8.0 that you can compare it to cover to cover:
