Won't be that many huge upgrades in our current kitchen. We will be updating the appliances and possibly the counter tops but our plan is to sell the place in about 3-4 years and buy a house.

That's only a "modest" re-do. :P

 

I was being nice, and wait till the kids start rolling in, add another 20-25k per kid per year :grin:

Plus college.

And to bail them out after they go for a liberal arts degree
