Spiderman Production Cuts? 0

So below is a Spiderman / Venom #375 issue, I picked several up at a thrift store because they were super cheap and had like 3 copies. I was looking at them because I want to send at least one to get graded but then I noticed this. There appears to be clamping cuts at the bottom, this is all 3 comics. Is this normal? Or damage caused by previous owner? Will it affect grading?

I've always considered them a production flaw, so imo, no effest on grade, but I don't know how CGC treats them. I'm sure someone else will enlighten us.

I think CGC treats those mark as normal because Amazing Spiderman # 300 has the same thing and my comic didn't get any grade reduction for it.
