the 2014 $427 is the same book as well, so that seller did okay and sold at the right time!

edited to add that it is the 2013 $272 as well!

Of course there was the whole Tadano thing.  But I'm not sure this falls in the same category.

I dont' make or read charts, but my guess is that Preacher  1 ( and maybe other preachers) didn't do great.
