Sooo...  I see my avatar tag got changed somehow about something about cars instead of just collector etc.  I am just wondering who has the power to do this type of change?  Thanks!

It happens automatically based on how many posts you make. It will change again.

@BlowUpTheMoon can also change your custom title. Sometimes it takes several PMs for him to do it, so be persistent.
