I am not very good at grading high-end books, and this seems to fit the category. I didn't even know I owned it until I was rummaging through my Hulk long box.

Looks great! I see colorbreaking and noncolorbreaking spine creases, might be a tear or smudge or something on back left cover, might be scratch on Anniversary. I think it's a 9.4

That's exactly what I'm looking for, thank you. I think it's why I generally never acquired high grade raw books... I'm not good at detecting all the tiny flaws that would separate a 9.4 from a 9.6 or a 9.6 from a 9.8. I've looked at that book plenty, and never even noticed the 'anniversary' color break.

9.2. Few spine ticks, slight rounding on a couple of corners and a little color rub/loss on the back cover. Also looks like there may be some sort of ding on the back bottom or it may just be a light notch from the grabber. Nice book!

a few tiny spine tics (partial color breaking on the back cover), small bend to the corners (front cover right upper and right lower corners, and back cover left upper and lower corners).

solid 9.2 as is, and decent shot at 9.4 as is.  A press would set this firmly at 9.4

FYI after a press, this wound up at a 9.6.
