PGM Marvel Spotlight 12 0

Hello, I am here to see if anyone can help me to grade this Marvel Spotlight 12.

Some notes. Lower staple is detached from the cover (and rusty)) A small line right bellow the nose from the guy who talks. Small breaking creases closes to the spine, especially close to the staples. A stamp mark in the back cover

The pictures are a bit "grainy" but from what I can see the book presents as a FN/VF 7.0, however...

With the cover being detached at one staple and that staple being rusty IMO it will drop the book "at least" two grades to a VG+ 4.5 or VG/FN 5.0.

If I were cataloging this book into my collection it would be noted that way...

VG+ 4.5 (Would be a FN/VF 7.0 except for rusted staple and lower detached cover)

4.0 VERY GOOD (VG):  Back to Top
...and may be loose but not completely detached...

3.0 GOOD/VERY GOOD (GD/VG):

...and may be loose or even detached at one staple...

Tough pictures to judge from. I wanna say it's 3.5.

That's a killer

CGC 3.5, though it's possible you may get a qualified 7.0
