Reholder service 0

New here just wanted to know if I can submit a few slabs for reholder service if I am not a paid member ?

I believe so, but for us unpaid memebers the form only allows it for "comic-con drop offs"  

I've done reholders, but when I try to get to my form it only allows me to have it prepared for a con drop off, which I have not done..... I too only have an unpaid account....
