This first page is fantastic. The descriptive words, the detailed art that captures the mood of the moment. I am going to have to pick up the compendium to read these. I believe this one will be available in Aug 2019...

Crazy! I have this issue and and can’t recall reading this story. I’ll have to dig it out!

It is VERY good.  Can still remember reading it as a kid.  I wonder if it was a reprint or an original lol, I wish I had saved it.

CSS 25 is a great issue.  Besides "Dog Food", "The Squealer" & "Key Chain" are terrific stories!

People do a lot of complaining about modern comic books with super heroes etc etc but one thing I find about EC books is that a lot of the stories are actually good.  You get 3 finished stories per book, no need to wait on next issue, and adults can enjoy as well as kids.  I love them!
