Typical exploitation film from this chap. It reminds me of 'who killed JFK' cultural cannibalism.

This is the corrupt core of all that we call commercial fun -- or art.

Even so, Daisy Domergue [like Daniel Plainview] are as good as Hollywood has gotten in 20 years.

Just got back from seeing this movie.

Enjoyed every minute of it.

71/2 out of 10.

What I found most interesting about this,

is, for the first time I saw QT writing with wit.

Real surprise there for me.

huge letdown. long and boring. if QT has made a movie i've liked less, i can't think of it.

Just got back from it and totally agree.  Great acting, production and filmography but the story is unnecessarily tedious.  I’ll have to see it again but at the moment not one of my QT faves.

It was slow, but like an uphill climb on a bicycle.  It just kept on and on until the payoff at the end.

Which wasn't slow.

By the Bruce Dern part on I was completely captivated.

I saw this film on Tuesday evening with some friends.

Of the 4 of us 3 enjoyed it, one did not.

I definitely enjoyed the film.

One thing that leaps out at me is the way Tarantino depicts Sharon Tate. As shown in several interviews she really wanted to be known for her acting rather than her beauty but this is how Tarantino shows her. Margo wasn't given much to work with in the film in my opinion which is a minor gripe I suppose. If Tarantino did it purposefully then he is a genius.

I enjoyed Leo's character, I think I enjoyed Brad Pitt the most in this film proving once again he is a great actor.

I recommend seeing it.
