Please grade this Mysterious Adventures #17! 1 1

[Point Five]

Here's a pretty tough PCH. Was dithering over having it slabbed for a long time; finally decided to just keep it raw because of the back cover issues. See what you think!

She's a beauty from the front, but not much from behind. I'd grade her a

Tough one for me. Somewhere between a 5.0 and 6.0.

I was at 5.5 after I saw the back...was considerably higher before I scrolled that far.

If it's worth anything I'm at 5.0- 4.5ish

I'm at 4.5/5.0 too, that's quite heavy creasing. Front cover...

5.5 seems right to me. Nice book.

I'm amazed by how good the grading is around here...this is a fairly tough book to grade, too. Well done. 

At least a 5.0, IMHO...

Wait a minute..interior pages?

less that a 1/4 inch staple that does not break color, fold / crease on the back that breaks color slightly? ..slight dirt/smudge.

This is a 7.

I count at least three hard creases on the lower left back cover. Personally, I can't see higher than a 5.5 on this one...but who knows?

I appreciate the thought, but the back cover creasing will definitely bring this one down. It would be interesting to see what a press could do there.

I was being overly frisky trying to grade last night, must have been the anticipation of Opening day...and the scotch..

I still think this is a nice book with great eye appeal...and with a good presser...
