The front cover gloss is newsstand as are the staple and  the general suppleness of the book.  Curious as to thoughts on this amount of foxing stains though.

From what I remember, minor foxing is allowable up to a 9.4. However, this is a little bit more than what I would consider to be minor. Since this book looks so nice except for the foxing, my best guess would be 7.0 - 7.5. I would expect several different grades on a book like this, however...
