Scheduled for grading 0

Hiya,

I'm new to grading hence why I'm in this section of the forum. I dropped my one book to be graded off at Motor City Con. It's felt like forever even though it hasn't been that long. Today my status changed from 'Received' to 'Scheduled for grading'. Is this next phase of the process a long wait like 'received' was or do things speed up from here? 

I normally would just wait and see but I plan to grade a bunch of books now and I want to get a grasp on expected wait times. Thanks in advance!

It is just the nest step in the process.  Depending on what tier it is and what it is specifically will make a difference on how long it sits on SFG.

You might want to check out the post in the General section  -

I have a Magazine Modern SS that has been sitting on SFG since 5/21 but I also just had 2 submissions where they sat at SFG from 5/31 to 6/3 and 6/3 to 6/5.

So in other words it is an unknown that could be days or could be weeks.
