Definetly not a 9.4. There's a bend on the back cover that goes from the top of the cover just above the "R" in "STEER" all the way down to the "S". There's also a second bend that is less severe above the word "MOVE". Plus there are a few spine stresses. I'd call it at an 8.5, with a chance at 9.0.
