Hall of Shame? Where is it? 0

Where can i find the Hall of Shame?   It is referenced everywhere yet not obvious where it is.  Is there a dedicated tab that I am just missing?  A search for "Hall of Shame" finds nothing but mostly sales threads mentioning the HOS.  Thanks in advance.

I am blind.   I see now that HOS and probation lists are distinct.   THANKS - joe
