BrooksR
Hi, sorry for posting again so soon after my last one. This is the last one I'll do for a while I promise These are the ebay pics of the auction I won but they're pretty decent pics. I can upload more when it arrives if these aren't clear enough (crossing fingers that it makes it safely, my mailman likes to fold things and shove them into the mailbox). This is the most expensive book I've ever bought ($340), I'm feeling a little bit of sticker shock still. Thank you for taking the time to look, you guys are the best and I appreciate it. csaag
about a dozen spine tics. Looks like mine - though hopefully you don't find out it has some minor color touch like I found out (at least I bought mine some 30 years ago of the wall of my local LCS. I always wonder if they knew. Maybe it would have lower the price from $20 to $15) I'd guess around 7.0-7.5 congrats on your 1st big purchase!! mattn792
Maybe even an 8.0, the spine dings seem to be the only major flaw. Working off of memory, I believe your book would compare favorably to the 8.0 copy I sold a while back. Definitely a great pick-up (and at a great price if you do land an 8.0). BrooksR
Thank you! I’d be happy with a 7. I bet it was pretty common to color touch back in the seventies. Was it a big deal back then? I remember when I was a kid in the early 80’s I restapled some of my comics

Was it a big deal back then? I remember when I was a kid in the early 80’s I restapled some of my comics Color touch seems to be one of those things that's always going to exist in some way, shape or form. If there's money to be made, there will always be folks trying to fool other people to get it. Color touch is common on this book due in part to the dark green color on the upper half of the front cover. I don't see anything that jumps out at me on this copy, but check it very carefully for any sign of color touch to the front cover. Grade-wise, this book looks like a nice copy except for the spine stress...7.5 range or better. Dino-Mutt

RobZe
I think a 7.0 Looks like a lot of spine breaks. Love the color and sharp corners!
