I've had that happen on ebay, though not here. On ebay it's usually someone quoting OSPG values or "explaining" why a book with a missing centerfold is only worth about 10% of what a Good copy wold sell for.

Crime Does Not Pay 43 Classic Dirty Rat Cover 1.0 Fair cover is detached but reattached with archival tape ( done by me )( and can be removed if you wish but not by me...sorry) there are 2 2" tears on the front cover and the back has a 3" tear, and some missing pieces by spine. it has a chip on the top front cover as well. Interior is complete with tan pages. $85 for a classic cover.
