Cherry Pop-tart on ebay allowed?

Several years ago I tried listing a few cherry comics on ebay.  I got the you have violated our policy and we have taken down your listings.  I tried listing in regular independent comics (didn't even know there

was an adult section until I got the email).  There were around 50 other Cherry listings at the time in regular section of comics but for some reason mine got removed.  I had dozens more comic boxes since I was downsizing and

selling my 30 years collection so I just set them aside.  Now I have run across them again.  checked ebay now and there are several hundred Cherry listing in regular comics section.  Has there been a change in ebay restrictions?

I did look in adult section as well and they tend not to sell as often for as much in the adult section.  My comics are in pretty good shape (mostly 9.2 or better I think).

So my quesitons are

Has Ebay relaxed the restriction on Cherry comics or do I risk getting my account on restriction again if try and list in regular comics?

Since they are in pretty good shape - is it better to get them graded and try to sell or just sell open and readable?

If I  do get them graded can I put them on ebay but make a post here referring people to my ebay auctions or is that a no-no?

Just trying to get a feel for best direction to go in.  I have a long box of adult comics to sell and I was trying to start with more popular ones.  I know some I will have do list in adult section but Cherry comics

seem to be a gray area.

Thoughts and advice appreciated.

I sold a bunch of Cherry books here on the boards a few months ago. The books that didn't sell here, I took to ebay. eBay yanked the auctions and issued a warning within a couple of days. They are very hit or miss with their enforcement. As you can see from searching completed auctions, many are sold without any problem. But I personally had my listings pulled a few months ago. Threw them in the "adults only" section, and as expected, got zero traction, because those listings don't come up in general search, and there's not much traffic. Ended up selling them locally on FB. What a pain.

I'd say if you have some nice ones, put them up here on the forums, there are definitely interested buyers around here!

Now, if anyone can point me to where I can sell a stack of 8mm stag films, I've got a small stack that I can't find a venue for (eBay also yanked those.)

thanks. I appreciate the feedback.  whey they pulled the auctions several years ago I called customer support (if you can call them that) and tried to get a reason why other Cherry auctions were allowed and mine were not.

no real answer given.  I looked over them and decide to get them graded here at cgc.  when they arrive I will try and list them here first.  have too much left to sell to try and fight ebay on these comics.  I am starting to

organzie my adult comic box and will get ready to list starting this weekend.  still trying to figure out best venue.

Good luck! Adult books are tough because many of them are genuinely hard to find, but finding a venue and determining fair market value can be tough, as it's difficult to find completed auction information. I had two long boxes of adult books that I picked up as part of a larger collection, and ended up selling them all here. Was very pleased with the results.
