I know this book isn’t worth that much but I’m curious on what you think the grade might be. Main issues with this book is the obvious soiling on the cover. Not sure if you’d call this moderate or severe. Looks like it might be some kind of spray paint. It’s not raised at all. The cover is smooth. There’s also a one inch spine split at the bottom. Some staple tears throughout but no more than a 1/4 inch. Also the centerfold is detached at the bottom staple. I’m thinking it’s either a 2 or a 1.8 depending on the severity of the soiling. Thank you for your input.

I am very interested in that "black spray paint" that doesn't have a texture. I am wondering if it could be printing ink? Or mold but only on the FC not the BC maybe also the inside FC has a bit in a pattern to the top corner which is leaving me with more theories . 

but I would say your in the 2.0 ish range maybe 3.0 range depending on what the black stuff turns out to be.

Yeah no idea what’s on the cover. I tried to see if I could chip at it with my finger but it’s smooth and the spots don’t have any edges. I got it in a 10 issue lot so don’t know the history. Usually you can feel bumps if it’s paint so who really knows what it is.

I think you pretty much nailed the grade yourself at 1.8 / 2.0.
