There's something about the title "PGM TOD 10" that I like 

Nice looking copy there, even with the slight miscut and iffy bottom staple. Looks like it would get or exceed a 9.2 to me, were it to be sent to the plastic wrapping factory

it looks some some degree of near mint so you have to CGC slab i t to find out how much  it is worth .......
