Only have these two photos so realize that makes this trickier to grade, but opinions would still be appreciated.

Nice looking copy, but that bottom staple looks like it would keep it in the 4.0 range, perhaps 4.5.

Thanks for the feedback. It's currently up for auction via consignment. They have it listed as 4.0, so you pretty much nailed it. Just curious for feedback as if they had slightly under graded it would be effecting the bid amounts. Really, really wish I could afford to keep this one. I personally think it will be a good investment to whomever buys it. Even though the price has already gone up a lot on it. First silver age Catwoman? Fight with Lois Lane? C'mon

Just to close this out, it sold at auction tonight for $105. More would have been nice, but I can live with that.

Previous sales history leaves me a bit disappointed...
