I agree it's a FN (maybe "plus" if flattened out), as long as the back cover is just regular dirt (whatever that is) or foxing/aging of paper, and not stains of some kind.  CGC tends to hammer stains.

I think it is dirt,picked it up at an auction with some other stuff for around $10.When I took a closer look

the pages are good and staples secure so I'm happy with it.

Agree,the fact that this is some of Ditko's early work makes it more worthwhile.
