Has anyone ever made Mile High an offer for comics they had listed for sale? I e-mailed an offer for several of their comics. I thought I might receive a counter offer or a we're-not-interested response or even a 27_laughing.gif27_laughing.gif27_laughing.gif response, but I've received nada. Is this typical?
