Wanted-Reading copies of X-MEN,The Hidden Years.

8 posts in this topic

Looking for issues 1-3,5,6,8 and up. Reading copies are perfect.

Cash or a perhaps a very lopsided trade in your favor. Will take a complete run if anyone has one.

Also looking for copies of Professor X and the X-men. Same terms and conditions.

Obviously, you've been paying attention to eBay, right?

While I haven't looked for Hidden Years, I did pick up the entire (and much superior poke2.gif) Milligan/Allred X-Force/X-Statix/Wolverine-Doop run for about 70 cents a book. So, I'd imagine Hidden Years would be in the same ballpark.

To be honest,I have not checked ebay. Thanks for the links but I prefer to give a forumite a chance to move some unwanted books.

As it turned out,I got an entire run from someone who saw the post here.

Think I paid a bit more than had I gone the ebay route, but I'm sick of the games too many sellers play these days.

Thanks for the links, once again. Nice to have members looking out for each other.

Heh, I'll be dumping complete sets of many of the esoteric X titles soon enough. I just can't see myself being attached to Bishop, District X, Agent X, Soldier X, Generation X, X-man, etc etc. I need the room, I won't reread them, and they certainly aren't appreciating in value!

I wonder why they never did a trade of this....

Maybe due to the way Byrne left Marvel after this? confused-smiley-013.gif

Sometimes I wonder how Marvel picks the stuff it does to make trades out of. There are plenty of wonderful arcs/series to do and sometimes they choose to gold-plate a turd.
