Found a few in the dollar bin. Probably use them as trade bait.

Half price sale at 2nd & Charles, hadn't been there for 3+ years, spent 2 hours yesterday going through a gazillion issues only to pick out these 6 modern newsies in so-so condition (average VF+ or thereabouts).   This newsstand hobby is a curse.

Just not easy to find both in newsstand. Somewhat rare set as it is already compared to Marvels

Looks like I've missed a lot and this little thread has grown.

I have some books being dropped off at CGC today, threw a little newsstand goodness in the mix, hoping to have something "neat" to show here shortly.

Got a LOT of post-2000 newsies last weekend for $1-2.00 each. I'm still sorting those. But in the meantime, here are some X-related newsies I recently got for $3 or less (most $1.00 each):

I've probably mentioned this before, but try to find a newsstand issue that is still sealed in a poly bag.  Here's an example that I found the other day at the Charlotte Heroes Convention.   It is Superman Man of Tomorrow #6 newsstand still sealed in poly.

Found these at a flea market - unfortunately they have a sticker from a shop that carried newsstands for a while (I’ve found others with the same sticker over the years)

Does anyone have a Bar Coded Sandman they have a picture of?
All scan mine tomorrow and show you. I am just curious if anyone else has one.
Mine is Sandman 7.

I have a Sandman 13 that's got a bar code newsstand sticker on it. And then not again until #56 through #75, which is when I believe all of them had the direct sales barcode.

Yeah, I think I remember seeing those barcoded Sandmans at Waldenbooks.
