Cover present but detached and completely split along spine.  Cover edges are fragile, but interior is completely supple.

The first and only issue of the title.  Cover/story art by Art Saaf, with an 8-page "Leroy" feature by teen humor hall-of-famer Dan DeCarlo.  In 2018, two different CGC 6.5 FN+ copies each sold for more than $400!  Yowza!
