Another earlier Bats copy, one of my favourite covers, would a clean/press improve the grade?

I know that cleaning and pressing are extremely popular, and when done properly they do improve the look (and value) of a book. I've had a few books done that turned out great, but those books had serious issues like multiple impact dents, bends and finger dents. I also have books that have a few minor flaws that I'm simply not going to bother with. 

I can see the benefit and value of improving a book like your Bat #5. I would just be very careful when choosing the right person to do the work...

I'm not seeing a lot of improvement to be had with a C&P on this book. It could. Also, much less likely, it gets regraded lower. Super nice book. I wouldn't take the risk, but that's just me.

I don't think it is possible to determine upgrade potential from those pictures. Do you have grader's notes? Or scans?

Hard to believe it could look any better , but if you want to spend all the money to resubmit, clean an press , you should get at least a .5 grade bump , but still not worth the trouble
