Only 7 on the census. Stands alone as the lowest grade, that's got to be worth something. Cool Bill Everett cover, check out the HUGE CC Stamp.

 

 

Ha ha that's awesome!  I think there should be an entirely separate grading scale and aesthetic for quality low grade books.
