Just wondering if I should try to get this graded. I am not sure what the three small marks on the lower cover are. I looked at them closely and they look like part of the actual cover printing.

Doesn’t look like a 9.8 so prob not worth grading since it’s not worth it. As a 9.6 or lower

Nah, a 9.6 would be worth submitting IMO, but I don't think this is a 9.6+. Looks like a 9.0 to me.

I never.said it was a 9.6 but best case maybe just maybe they might give if if they drinking idk but I think this a 9.2

You said, "as a 9.6 or lower", "it's not worth it" [submitting].

A 9.6 would be worth submitting IMO.

Idk if you not trying to sell yes but it’s maybe like 140 as a 9.6

You can probably squeeze 3-figures of profit out of it. That would be my threshold for encapsulating-for-sale.

9.2...as others have stated, if its not got a chance at a 9.8 this book really isn't worth grading(unless there is some sentimental attachment)

I would say 9.2 monetary value can't speak much for that.. but the three dots I am assuming might be production defect then maybe some ink transfer during printing. specially since you said it doesn't have a texture to it. I would look under a loupe at those defects thought just to be sure.

Thank you everyone for the comments  It's not a keeper it's a seller and I was thinking if there was a chance at a 9.8 I would try for it with some other books I am sending in. No problemo it's off to eBay I go.

Some smudgy marks or something along that spine...for me, I am at 9.0 with the potential at a 9.2

Those black flecks in the middle of the books are likely part of the printing process. Maybe you could claim it as some sort of bizarre variant, as people tend to do, and make a fortune off it. One of a kind
