I think more like a 7.0, but the water stain on the bottom right corner of the back cover will knock it down some. Maybe 6.0 with the stain.

I'd agree with the above comment. It looks beautiful but CGC hits hard for stains. I'd say a 6.0-7.0 depending on how far that pushes it

6.0 - 6.5 can't see the top of the pages. the water stain assuming it goes through multiple pages as the FC shows wear in the same spot. also two large creases on BC

I think a 6.5=7.0 is possible even with that stain. Sucks though as I think it has 8.5-9.0 potential otherwise
