Holographic Mark Anomaly for Encapsulated Comics 0

Hey All.

I have just started getting into grading my old comics and the first thing I noticed when I received my first comic was a temporary visual anomaly that resembles a traveling oil spot under the plastic depending on the angle and ambient lighting.

Is this due to the material of the plastic or through the process of encapsulating. Either way it's fascinating.
