So I looked online at the price of this puppies... and I found this...

$220 for this book? WHAT!?!

 

I own the limited edition signed and numbered by Brian Hitch... I mean, why on earth is this book that much? Does anyone have any idea what the signed and numbered one goes for?

I got Ellis to sign mine back in April (along with Absolute Planetary, which Cassaday had already signed for me).

 

Guess I'll get Hitch to sign it next June at Heroes con.

 

That's my new mission, to get my hardcovers signed.

The problem is, it comes with the COA from Hitch, so I'm sure it's worth more than the $220... and I like the book itself, so I wouldn't want to be without one. If I could replace it with one that wasn't signed plus some $, I'd probably sell my signed one. Especially since it's actually difficult to get Hitch to sign a book since he doesn't do a whole lot of cons. If I was offered stupid money for the signed one, of course, I'd sell it.
